Moss Vibrations 🌿🖤 Ink on paper, traced from the shadows moss cast on my kitchen table. Not drawings of moss, but reverberations — outlines, essences, afterimages. These silhouettes appear in _Moss: A Love Story_ 🦠 alongside “Hypnum No. 2,” an original composition by Brian Ledwidge — a Dublin-born composer I first worked alongside at a music-and-film school in Berlin. Together, sound and image try to catch the pulse of something small yet infinite. 🌿 Textures in conversation: wool and moss, pattern and forest floor. Details from a moss-inspired scarf—created by a Kraków-based artist with a background in theatre design, using locally sourced wool. Its intricate textures seem to echo the lichen-dotted stones and mossy slopes of mountain paths. Its shifting colors remind us of the forest floor after the rain. 🧡 A thermos that became a vase—carrying with it memories of persimmons in Korea, and friends in Stockholm... While visiting friends in Sweden, we stumbled upon this 1960s orange-and-black thermos. Though we’re not fans of plastic, we believe beautiful objects deserve a second life—like this one, now reimagined as a vase 🌸. Its bright hue reminds us of ripe persimmons and half-moon rice cakes at Chunseok — the Korean harvest festival. Alongside our seasonal collections (like our soon-to-come Moss Collection 🦠), Spring Moon Design 🌙 also curates an evergreen Everyday Collection 🌲: artifacts and artworks from near and far, each with a story to tell. ✉️ Want more?
